As of January 2004 an enormous collaborative effort made possible the formation of Youth Resources, a 501 3(C) organization located in Spanaway, Washington, that offers support and solutions to youth who are at-risk & homeless in Pierce County.
Mission:To collaborate with community to provide services for our youth.
Values:We believe that every youth deserves access to the resources that create opportunities for success.
Today, in communities across the country, there are young people living on the streets, running from or being asked to leave homes characterized by abuse, neglect, or parental drug or alcohol abuse. Once on the streets, such youth are at risk of being sexually exploited or abused by adults for pleasure or profit.
